In a world filled with uncertainty, chronic health issues, stress, and disconnection, taking care of ourselves is more important than ever. As a Holistic Health Practitioner I offer services that support the bodies ability to naturally heal, leading you back to homeostasis. My approach nurtures the mind, body, and spirit to support WHOLE health.
My Approach:

Holistic Nutrition: Use of whole-food nutrition to support the body’s natural healing processes, detox and reset, promote disease prevention, and achieve optimal health.
Herbal Medicine: Deep knowledge of herbal remedies and their therapeutic applications for supporting health and wellness.
Stress Management: Expertise in holistic practices such as meditation, art therapy, yoga, deep breathing, aromatherapy, and energy healing to manage stress and foster emotional balance.
Shamanic and Somatic Practice: Powerful tools to bridge the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms, cultivating deep self-awareness and transformation. These practices honor the wisdom of the body and soul reminding us of our sacred connection to nature, helping to release trauma, regulate the nervous system, and rediscover the true and whole self.
Chronic Disease Prevention & Management: Integrative strategies for preventing and managing chronic diseases through nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being.

I chose the term "Apothecary" due to its association with alchemy and art, historically representing a place of medicine, remedies, and guidance for purifying the body and soul. It emphasizes the belief that healing is not a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, each individual possesses their own unique medicine, which can be discovered through introspection.

"Othala" (my favorite Scottish Celtic rune) highlights its personal significance, representing birthright spiritual inheritance and ancestral healing, symbolizing the connection to one's true nature and spirit. It embodies the concept of creating a personal inner sanctuary, a heavenly space within oneself.

Understanding what a Holistic Health Practitioner is.
The human body holds a divinely intelligent ability to heal itself when given the right space and support. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, my mission is to help you awaken and nurture this innate healing power. This holistic approach strengthens your immune system, reduces stress, and inspires positive changes that nurture long-term health and well-being.

Through a personalized, whole-body approach, I use natural therapies to guide you toward optimal health and balance.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I am not a licensed physician and cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications. Instead, I evaluate potential root causes of health imbalances and focus on how we can restore balance to empower you in making healthier choices.
I provide guidance and education on natural modalities such as herbal medicine, essential oils, yoga, breathwork, holistic nutrition, fitness, and more, personalized to your needs.

Recognizing the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance, I also refer clients to primary care physicians when allopathic care is needed.

Thomas Edison once said, "The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest the patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease."
